When you’re trying to cut out the gluten monster from your life it makes things a butt load easier if you have some gluten-free swaps that you can turn to.
The easiest swaps are going to be ones you can easily find in the grocery store.
- coconut flour
- almond flour
- brown rice flour
- cassava flour (this one might not be in all stores)
